ZeroToOne Clients.  As part of our service to clients, we may provide behavioral marketing information, including your Advertiser ID (obtained from VeraSet) to our clients.  

Affiliates. We may also share Your information with our affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. Our affiliates will be required to maintain that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Investigations and Law. We may disclose information about You to third parties if We believe that such disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with the law or guidance and cooperate with government or law enforcement officials or private parties;
  • Investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected illegal activities, suspected fraud, the rights, reputation, safety, and property of us, users or others, or violations of our policies or other agreements with us;

We may retain information about You collected from Veraset or other third parties including Your advertiser id and geolocation data at a certain time, indefinitely to provide predictive behavioral marketing information to our clients. We may retain and use Your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and/or for the period required by laws in applicable jurisdictions. Your California Privacy Rights

Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. Nevada Privacy Rights

You will not need to create an account to exercise Your rights. California residents have the right to:

  • Right to Know. You have the right to ask ZeroToOne to disclose to you (i) the categories of personal information, (ii) the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, (iv) the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information, and (v) a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you (see below).
  • Right to Access. You have a right to ask ZeroToOne to provide you with a copy of the specific pieces of personal information that we retain about you, where feasible in a readily usable electronic format.  
  • Right to Correct. Subject to certain conditions and exceptions, that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you, taking into account the nature and purposes of the processing of the personal information.
  • Right to Deletion. You have the right to ask ZeroToOne to delete personal information it has collected about you.  The Right to Deletion may, subject to applicable law, not apply in certain circumstances, for example when ZeroToOne needs the personal information: (i) to complete a transaction with you, provide a good or service requested by you, or otherwise perform a contract with you; (ii) to detect or prevent security incidents or illegal activity; (iii) to identify and correct errors that impair existing functionality; (iv) for the exercise of a legal right or to ensure another person can exercise his or her legal right; (v) to comply with applicable legal requirements; (vi) solely for internal uses that are reasonably aligned with expectations based on your relationship with ZeroToOne; (vii) to comply with a legal obligation; or (viii) for lawful internal uses that are compatible with the context in which ZeroToOne obtained the information.

Before We can fulfill the consumer requests noted above, We must verify Your identity. The process will differ depending on the website in relation to which You are submitting Your request.

Verification Process

If You have a password-protected account with us, We can verify Your identity through our existing authentication procedures for Your account. However, We will require You to re-authenticate Yourself before We can disclose or delete any of Your information.

If You do not have a password-protected account with us, We will require You to provide us with Your name, telephone number, and email address, together with a signed declaration under penalty of perjury that You are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request. We will match this information to the personal information We maintain.
